We’ll walk you through what to expect in class, how to set up your equipment, and give you a taste of the energy and music that make Les Mills workouts world-famous. We will guide you step-by-step — so you can see movements, setups, and technique in real time. Whether you’re a first-timer or just want a refresher, you’ll leave feeling confident and ready to jump into any Les Mills class!

1. How to Win — The 12-Week Success Formula
When: Saturday, Jan 31st at 1pm; Saturday, Feb 22nd at 1pm

This workshop breaks down the key drivers behind fat loss, muscle gain, and visible change during the 12-week challenge. You’ll learn how to use a clear, strategic formula that integrates training and nutrition for maximum results. You’ll leave with a focused plan you can put into action immediately.
2. Strength Training Benefits for the Older Adult
When: Saturday, Jan 10th at 1pm; Wednesday, Feb 4th at 6pm

SUMMARY:
Learn how strength training helps older adults stay strong, improve balance, and prevent falls. Learning to lift weights with proper technique also makes daily activities easier while supporting bone health, weight management, and overall well-being. Just a few sessions per week can greatly improve independence and quality of life!
3. Nutrition & Supplements for the Active General Public

SUMMARY:
Learn about pre- and post-workout nutrition including what to eat before and after exercise. We will also discuss exercise-related supplementation (e.g. the benefits of creatine, and what beta alanine, citrulline, and L-arginine do to help exercise).
4. Freedom to Move: Mobility vs. Flexibility

6. AAA: Arms, Abs and Assets

Join Coach Gillian for a brief lecture and full body workout involving dumbbells and bodyweight training. Together we will work on building strength, toning, sculpting muscles and burning calories. Come prepared to workout!
7. Build & Burn Bootcamp

SUMMARY:
Learn how to assemble your own bootcamp workout! This workshop will consist of stations featuring both strength training and cardio based exercises. Warm up and cool down will also be included.
8. Transformation Lab — Testing That Drives Action
When: Sunday, Jan 11th at 1pm; Sunday, Feb 15th at 1pm

SUMMARY:
At the Transformation Lab, you’ll move through a series of hands-on testing stations that measure your strength, stability, mobility, posture, and recovery. This is an active experience, not a sit-down workshop. You’ll receive a personal scorecard to track your results at each station. By the end, you’ll know your numbers, understand your baseline, and see exactly where your biggest opportunities lie. These insights become your powerhouse formula to win your 12-week transformation.
